Why there is no contact form
Jarliet does not sell dolls, take orders or hold customer accounts, so an inbox would have nothing to resolve. Running without one also means the site collects no names, addresses or messages. The privacy policy explains the little data the site does touch.
Messages sent to this site in any form are not read or answered, so please use the routes below.
Questions about an order
Everything about a purchase is handled by the store you ordered from. Use the contact details on the store’s website or in your order confirmation for:
- payment, invoices and how the charge appears on your statement
- delivery times, tracking and customs fees
- damaged or incorrect items, returns and refunds
- warranty claims and repairs
- changes to an order that is not yet shipped
Have your order number ready, and for any damage, photos taken before use. Keep the original packaging until the issue is settled; the delivery and unboxing guide lists what to check on arrival.
Questions about dolls
Most questions buyers ask are already answered on this site:
- Short answers on weight, materials, cleaning and delivery are in the FAQ on the home page.
- Choosing a first doll, step by step: the buying guide.
- Small tears, stains and loose joints: the doll repair guide.
- Discreet storage at home: the guide to hiding a doll.
- Every topic in one list: the full guide index.
If a spec looks different
Specifications change from model to model and over time. That is why the guides give typical ranges rather than exact numbers. If a figure on this site differs from a product page, the product page is the one to trust for that specific doll.
About the store links
The “Check prices” buttons and product cards are affiliate links to the store we work with; the affiliate disclosure page explains how they work. Jarliet is not the store and cannot see or change orders.
